1)

Obtain a RMA Request Form by calling Customer Service (909) 626-9889 or download the form here

2)

Fill-in top section of RMA form and fax back to (909) 626-0990 or email to support@neotecgraphic.com.

3)

Once completed form is received, a customer service representative will contact you and issue the RMA number.

4)

After obtaining RMA number, properly package the item and send to the appropriate location for repair. Please include a copy of the RMA form with the package.
