To purchase monitors, chassis', and replacement parts please contact us at (909) 626-9889. You may also request product information and technical support. 
Order Information:
--- A Purchase Order (PO) number is required for all orders.
--- Please fax in all orders to (909) 626-0990.
--- Small parts orders received before 1:00 pm(Pacific Standard time) will ship on the same day.
--- Monitor and chassis orders will ship between 1 to 2 days and is subject to availability.
--- All small parts and chassis will be shipped via UPS Grounds unless customer specifies otherwise.
--- All monitors 25" and larger will be shipped via Truck.
--- All monitor purchases must be prepaid prior to shipping.
--- Payment Terms are C.O.D. company check, all credit cards (American Express, VISA, Master Card, Discover), or prepaid company check.
Service Department:
Customers who require chassis repair must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please click the  "Return Procedure" link for instructions on how to obtain an RMA number and how to ship the item back to NEOTEC.
